Increase AR modifybal limit for premium servers#103

Increase the limit for premium servers’ autoresponder modifybal limit from 100k to 1 million (like how premium members have an increased limit).

I have a premium server shop with refund commands (some which exceed 100k) and autoresponders can’t refund them due to the limit.

Yes! Please allow this feature, it would be incredibly useful and would give more incentive to keep mimu premium in our server.
