allow autoresponders to dm + send a message in the server.#148

i think it would be neat to allow auto responders to send a dm as well as sending a message in the server (ex. notifying a user that a dm has been sent as well as informing them to not have the bot blocks, open dms, etc.) i think this could be useful for a lot of other things as well.
