Ability to allow ARs to add, remove, require specific items by either Item Name or ID#2

{requireitem:pog} would require the user to have the item “pog” to run the AR.
{additem:pog} would add it to their inventory
{removeitem:pog} would remove it from their inventory

In addition, possibly:

• ability to add multiple items to the user’s inventory
• ability to add items to other’s inventories like {additem:pog | user}

Woah, but what happens if the user uses the item? They wont have it in they’re inventory anymore :c
