Select menus or Dropdown menus.#210

Adding select menus to Mimu bot would be great, Most top Bots of Discord don’t have this feature. We can use this feature to interact with roles like adding or removing roles, which is actually faster than interacting with buttons. Personally i would like a Select menu with checks, to select which role I want and and which i don’t want.
