The option to disable error messages for Autoresponders#255

I tried to make an autoresponder in #main-chat for people who when typed correctly as below:

Wishes [$1|User] [$2+]

Mimu would reply as below:

Hey [$1], {User} wishes you “ [$2+] “ !! Remember to thank them properly >:c

My intention was that those who didn’t get what they had to type and didn’t type in the correct form, Mimu won’t reply at all (instead of displaying an error message)
