Add {requirerole: @role | [$1]} as the [$1] is a user!#282

I think it’s not just me, but also alot of ppl is trying to suggest this idea!
Like you know, until now Mimu can only require, deny from the user who use the ar, not the victims whom got mention in those ar, so I wonder if we can have the opposite of those deny and require!
Ex: requirebal, requirerole, requireperm…
denyrole,…etc.
To kinda protect the innocent ppl, imagine if someone mistakenly ping a wrong user in an ar and that user got anything that the ar activator intend to give to someone else? or vice versa?
Further more, the ability and the potential of this is HUGE, with the currently available things that ppl even gone this far, so how even further could it be if the user got the double of it?
Hope y’all will consider this suggest because I know it’ll be tons of works to do :’))
