argument placeholders such as {user:[$1]} work in choices#299

functions will break a choose variable but placeholders won’t—unless you have a [$1] in there. it would be so helpful if placeholder variables could support arguments better so we can better display things in the format we choose. this is not only helpful for autoresponders but very useful for autoresponders that use a premade embed !
