used for different replies in an autoresponder (unrandom, unlike {choose:}) so if the user triggers it in another channel/with another role it will have a set reply.

Merged into {if:}, {then:} and {ifnot:} variables, and also recognizing if something specific was called, to help make commands more diverse, eg. if a user mentions a user, if a channel is said, etc.#58
