Utilizing Discord Timestamps#326

So my idea was using discord timestamps to command cooldowns. Instead of when you run the command it goes ‘x minutes’ or ‘a few seconds’ you could use discord timestamps. Either the one that counts down or shows the specific time the cooldown ends. It’s also dynamic so instead of rerunning the command you can always just go look at the previous message ^^

idm doing this but it’s kinda a lotta work so i’m just gonna mark it as planned for now
