Shop item variables#347

We should have variables such as {additem:}, {removeitem:}, and {requireitem:}. For example, you could use {additem:<item_name/id>|<quantity>} to give items. This would work with all of them. The way it would work for {requireitem:} is that it would require you to have that item and “x” amount of it.
