shop restock command for sold out items#359

i’ve always had a problem remembering things — the shop items being so. a major problem i personally have is readding the same item back to the shop for restocks. the amount of things i have to fill in is too much for me to remember. personally, a /shop restock item:sold out item seems a lot easier rather than constantly running /shop add. please let me know if i should add more details
