share embed/AR formats channel#364

Add a channel where people can like say “I need a ___ themed leave message” and someone can give them a title, desc and stuff for an embed. Like the ar ideas channel

don’t see a request system happening but we can consider making share AR ideas into a share ar/embed ideas channel
