more stars during lunar events#388

so we all know how difficult it is to get stars via wishing and I know they’re supposed to be a social currency but I still feel like it would be cool and immersive to get more stars or a greater chance of getting stars during full moons or other lunar events. even just an extra 0.01 point increase would be really nice plus it encourages activity because more people would use mimu during those times. even if not wishing but star gifts having an extra point would be cool!
