just like how {requireitem:} requires you to have an item to run a command, {denyitem:} to prevent running a command if you have the item :)
Addition to Thread Support ::
just an idea, once you send a message to support, it’ll disable you from chatting in the both support channel to prevent spam threads or spam texts in the channel.
it’ll only get enabled once staff closes the thread, to ensure no one is forgotten/haven’t handled yet.
if the user hasn’t replied back in hours, maybe the staff could close the thread and inform the user to create a new one if they want so the user won’t have to scroll through their thread and whatnot
this is just an idea, i love the new support system now, plus roly resending the support message after every thread??? absolutely awesome
current support thread already deletes your message in the support channels and lets you know you already have an open thread so yea. and thread automatically closes itself when user doesn’t reply after a few hours of inactivity
agreed for the denyitem variable though, it would be a nice addition
changing ticket name as support thread stuff is already a feature. also pls avoid making multiple suggestions in the same ticket in the future, thank
