ephemerals in ARs#429

idk if this would be possible since in my understanding ~ ephemerals are only achievable with slash.

i think it would be nice if we can have ARs and be able to play around with buttons? that is honestly a pretty cool discord feature and would love to see it in ARs - if possible.
