make a "support" ar that links to the relevant channels#449

this is kinda silly but since mimu is primarily a support server it gets a lot of traffic in main from people who don’t know where to go (or care enough to check the channel list -_-) for bot issues. a small ar like +supp in main chat could automatically link both global and english support channels and (if needed) include a little info on which channel does what. I see members manually typing this info out alllll the time and I feel like this could be a qol addition lol. also it could autodelete after 30-60 seconds so it’s not spammy yay.
