optional {choicepercent:} to autoresponders#460

Possibility to allow autoresponders to have different probability per choice option.

For example:
{choose: option1 | option 2 | option 3} {choicepercent: 60 | 30 | 10} where the choice has 60% chance to choose option 1, 30% to choose option 2, and 10% to choose option 3. {choicepercent:} to require all options to = 100% or else return verbose error message such as “INVALID_PERCENTAGE”. If # of choice options do not match # of choicepercent options (i.e. 3 choose options and 4 choicepercent options), example “INVALID_CHOICES_COUNT”.
