review/feedback after thread in support is closed#521

So I just had an idea. For the ticket support threads on the Mimu server, it would be totally cool if like when the thread was closed we could rate the user whom helped us with stars starting from 1 going up to 5. Or if anything else that could be more convenient you could do reactions for that user. For example 3 reactions could pop up with an embed message asking us to rate our support today. One being a star, one being an X and one being a ? mark or something like that or if you have multiple stars in different colors green could be for good and five stars and pink could be for bad and like 2 stars. I dont know! It would just be really cool to do something like this to show appreciation to those assisting us with our tickets because the Mimu server is huge and very loved and so like showing our appreciation for the help might be a good way to honor those who invest their time and knowledge to help others. It’s just an idea though. I know deving is hard too and I dont know what it’d take to implement such a feature but I just thought I’d throw it out there! Also thanks for showing me this site! Really cool and I may be back with more ideas. Tata for now! Xx.

this is something we had discussed before the initial launch of the thread system, but pushed off to the side for other prioritized internal updates. we can circle back on this in the near future and see if its something we want to prioritize
