Add voting in Mimu Bot Page#540

I know what I’m going to propose is going take a lot of time and effort but I think it’s something worth looking into.
A lot of famous Discord Bots are moving away from using Top.gg for counting voting streaks because the website has been consistenly having problems for the last 2/3 years. I just lost my voting streak because the website server was down for quite a few hours and I can guess that other voters have had this issue before.
I think adding a page for voting in the Mimu website would make voting less troublesome. It would need Discord user authentication so that voters can log in and their votes are added to their account.

voting is done through topgg because it increases visibility of the bot. voting on our own provided site doesn’t make sense in regards to why bots reward for voting on topgg or a different bot listing site

My idea was not to remove topgg voting, it was to move the giftbox rewards through voting in a mimu website. You still would get the one ticket voting through topgg but the giftbox rewards would be given through the mimu website and the voting streak would not reset if topgg is down.
I didn’t explain that part very well 😅
I understand that topgg gives visibility to the bot so that’s why I thought this was a long shot but I think it’s worth considering if topgg keeps malfunctioning

I get the idea but it doesn’t seem to make a lot of sense to me…If voting on Top.gg is to increase visibility then what does voting on mimu do exactly?

Having another source of revenue through ads to fund development is the most common reason and not relying on topgg for special voting rewards because the site keeps going down lol
