Adding A simple Ticketing system#555

Mimu already has a cute and simple welcome / boost/ leave greeting setup, one more thing that would complete the bot is a simple ticketing system that would help server owners. Most ticketing systems are too glitched or arent that simple. Mimu could have a simple embed system, where the ticket tool is like the welcome greeting embed with a button that once pressed opens a new channel and pings the chosen roles.
