embed and images triggers#562

Hello! I wanted to suggest for it to be added a way for mimu to respond to images and embed triggers as well other then the normal textes!^^
for example if I sended a picture it would reply with something!^^

hiya! i don’t think that’s possible since you can’t enter an image into the /autoresponder add trigger: slot :p
