Add reminder to .wish command (.wish -r)#60

Hi! Some other activities with mimu allow you to ask for a reminder when you run the command, such as .play -r, .pat -r, etc. I think this would be helpful to be able to wish as much as possible during 7pm-5am UTC.

do people want a reminder even if the next wish won’t be within the timeframe?

I mean, just like /pet reminder:true/false, we can choose to be reminded and not reminded if the next wish goes beyond it’s intended timeframe. (If that’s what you meant)

yeah i just feel like if it did remind you, and it wasnt within the timeframe, it would b e confusing. maybe the reminder shouldn’t be possible if its after the timefrmae or omething
