Server balance limit#627

It would be cool if it’s possible to make a balance limit. For example, no one in the server can earn more than 100k (currency). If a server doesn’t want users to go above a certain amount, this could make sure they don’t go over. It also eliminates having to check who’s over the limit and manually removing from or resetting balances.
