unix timestamp variable#649

It would be extremely useful if Mimu had a variable to get a unix timestamp that always returns the current time, or that time at a set delay in the AR. For example, including {timestamp:R} in the response will mean Mimu gives us a relative timestamp that always is set to the time that the user’s trigger message was sent. you could also do something like {timestamp:R+10} that will respond with a timestamp that is always 10 seconds in the future from when the user sent the trigger message. hopefully this makes, it would be so so so useful. thanks ⸜(｡˃ ᵕ ˂)⸝♡
