Multi Embed features variety#653

So we know we can use Miku for greets and use embeds for set greets well. What if we had something like that not for welcomes but for multiple purposes so if something texted in that channel or have multiple welcome messages for different purposes. If that makes any sense.

i agree with the multiple welcome messages but make it randomized rather than specific for different purposes
