Toggle Role#656

if i’d want to create role embeds using mimu, it’d be messy having 2 options of remove/add roles instead of one “{togglerole: <@&>}” option. could be cool if itd be added ♡

problem w this is that then how would u set a logical response

like u wont be able to say “ok removed it” and “ok added it”

Feels like we should rly just do if/else..
