"Mimu Moderator" role#662

A setting that allows certain users to use the Mimu settings such as /modifybal and /modifyinv (so as to give members an amount of currency or items for verifying in the server, boosting, etc)someone said these commands require manage_server but there are ways around that, which would involve setting a moderator role as a Mimu manager, allowing them to use this command but not actually have manage server perms, if that makes sense. Other bots do this. Right now my work around is custome autoresponders, but an upgrade would make that alot easier.
