add sticky role#674

make it so there's sticky role for roles you bought from the shop discord bugged and left a server so i lost all my roles one is limited to ten people (owner won't give my role back)

Can we have an item limit? For example, you can only have 6 items named “bullet” for a cmd Revolver shooting or smth.
