let server owners / administrators be able to edit the buttonresponders limitation text!

if someone clicks a button but can’t, instead of them just seeing ‘this button is limited to the person who initiated the button’ they could see what the command is

etc; “this button is only available to the person who initiated this command. if you want to run this command, please run ‘blank’” (or however the server owner / administrators want it)
