Ability to apply variables to others than user#7

• idea / how it’ll work

A variable as follows: {denyrole:role|[$1]}. With [$1] being an user. This would prevent the command, in which the variable is added, from being used on tagged user.

• why we should implement this

Example; this allows there to be made roles, such as VIP, that members can obtain to prevent from them being robbed.
