Have a rule against giveaways below 5k peachmilk?#70

I’m pretty okay with pings but if I’m doing something and I get a ping from share-n-swap, it can be annoying to see a giveaway from 1k-5k since that can be easily obtained. Or giveaways giving away 1 pet or 1 dusk alone. Those only give around 100-2k currency per. I could get that amount just by running basic commands.
