Efficient Command cooldown#714

Hello, would it be possible to have a command that woud allow us to see all the commands we can do cooldown or not. Sometimes, I come back and I have forgotten all the commands i can do and so it because a real assle to have to go check in the pin message as opposed to simply typing for exemple .help commands. I have bought roles such has aubade and reverie and 2active4u and these give me acess to more commands so it would be nice if these were also included.
