show /vote cooldown when doing /cooldown!#723

when we’re in cooldown to vote, the cooldown doesnt show when we lauch the command /cooldown, would be great if thats added to make it easier when to vote again!

Your vote cooldown should be in /vote instead

it’s in /vote because its not an actual cooldown and more like a timer.
