new matchmode similar to includes, except only if it's a whole-word argument#745

My new matchmode suggestion (i dont have a name), but basically it is “includes” but seperate. So instead of detecting anywhere in the message, it detects the word in the message ONLY if it’s a seperate word. So if i had an autoresponder for “hi,” it would go like this:
🚫 (not reply to) “this is fun”
✅ (would reply to) “hi new member!”

i would love to see this with mimu!
(could be called “includes-seperated or something)
