(,) separator in balance#776

I’m not sure how difficult this would be/if it’s worth the trouble, but it would be nice if there was a comma seperator for the amounts listed in balances (i.e. if you have over a thousand of something it appears as 1,282 rather than 1282). Just a bit easier to read, I think.
