cooldowns that “reset” with utc time#780

i don’t think the title is quite right but pls bear with me lmao. having a way to put a user on cooldown so that they can only use an autoresponder once a day, where their cooldown automatically “resets” at utc 12am. kinda like how for blessing users, you can only do it once a day, but it gets cleared at utc time. in /cooldowns, it would show the timestamp for utc 12am. or maybe even going a step further and being able to pick the exact time you want the cooldown to reset? ig it would have to be in utc time tho bc that’s what mimu uses haha

this would be fun to have for daily commands, but instead of setting a hard 24 hour limit, it lets the user pick what time during the day they use the command without worrying about how they’ll have to use the command at the same time the next day. personally, i’ve had difficulty setting cooldowns for some commands bc they’re really meant to be used once a day along with some mimu commands, but since mimu resets at utc, i haven’t added a cooldown so it’s easier for users… but this would make it even easier :3 !!
