Suggestion:
Please add an option to toggle off messages in direct messages (DM) after voting everytime. Just like/userset True/False option for voting reminder.
Why?: It is very spammy and I’m unable to remove Mimu’s conversation from my DM without ignoring or blocking the bot as it would constantly send a confirmation message after each time I’ve voted. It’s unnecessary.
I’d like to just receive reminders and not a confirmation message after voting. Maybe this would improve mimu bot by adding a setting to toggle confirmation message off.
I believe many other users also doesn’t like spam messages in their DM. Thanks in advance!

then how would you know what your reward was?

I don’t mind the current message that much but I def see where this user is coming from. there’s a lot of “bloat” (sorry lol) for frequent users of mimu – and those who vote usually already know a majority of the information each and every vote confirmation gives.
for example, I don’t need to be told:
maybe instead of disabling, there could be a simplified version that only includes the reward given (+ an extra line if a gift box is opened or if it’s the weekend for donos). to go the extra mile you can even turn the stamp card into text-based information but I personally think it’s really cute so idm keeping it even in the simplified version of the notif.
having a toggle for the type of confirmation means that new users will get all the helpful hints they need, while daily voters can avoid spam. just some thoughts !
Hi again, I’m the one who suggested this. I agree with what the above user said. Maybe keep the confirmation message toggled on by default, so new users gets all the information they need! I personally don’t mind the image as it’s cute. But for daily voters it becomes spammy really quickly, so once an user is familiar with the vote rewards they can choose to toggle it off themself in user settings with /user set !
So new users aren’t missing out on any information.
