add "exclude" option or maybe add multiple triggers in one ar#794

I got this idea to suggest cause if i use “include” in a server that not English-base, sometimes someone who know english much will accidentally trig the matchmode (“include” on el -> if they say “well” will trig the matchmode)

I hope somehow they could code this feature so maybe someone got situation like me wouldnt be like this
