**Mimu Thread Automation & Forum Tag Management Request**#801

Hey, could we please add a system where every time a thread is created (whether in a forum channel or a regular channel), Mimu automatically sends a message inside that thread?
Also, can we enable it so that Mimu is able to modify or manage forum tags when needed?
This would help with better organization and automation across the server.
