**ButtonResponders Form Submission System**#802

Could we make it so ButtonResponders can open a form when a button is clicked, and once the user finishes filling it out, the responses are automatically sent to a specific channel?
This would allow us to collect structured information (like reports, applications, or requests) in a clean and organized way without needing manual follow-ups.
Basically like the one in <#629680549031837712>.
