Have balances show three units of time for pet expiration#816

So right now pet expiation is expressed with two time units (days and hours; months and days; years and months). I think it would be nice and helpful for those of use trying to increase lifetime/track that progress if balances included three time units (i.e. year, months, days; months, days, hours; days, hours, minutes).
