Daily Cooldown#825

Having a 24 hour cooldown for daily autoresponders can be annoying as you need to remember the time you used it the previous day.
So I propose a [daily] variable to replace the amount of seconds. This could go by the same clock as the bless cooldown; as this resets every day!
