Reset Cooldown#837

The option to reset a server and ar cooldown if needed. I have a cooldown on an ar and the cooldown is 31689. Might also just be my fault but it’d be nice if there was an option to reset ar cooldowns as that really won’t be running out anytime soon

I suggest just making a new ar and copy pasting what’s in your current one
