buying shop items faster than one at a time#98

sometimes, if you want to buy an item in bulk in .shop, it is inconveniant to buy them one at a time, so i think that changing the .buy [item] command to .buy [item] <amount> would be very useful.
for example, if i wanted to buy 10 lubbus, i could run .buy lubbu 10 instead of doing .buy lubbu 10 times.
