no rounding for .remind me, .cd, etc.#155

whenever i use .cd and other commands like .remind me, mimu’s response always doesnt have the correct time stamp. its hard having such a vague timestamp like ‘in an hour’, which sometimes are definitely not actually within 60 minutes. i hope these can be changed into actual hours, minutes, and maybe seconds format ^^

using discords timestamps is the best approach
