Make Mimu tell how many more seconds a person has to wait if it’s over 10 seconds instead of having them suffer waiting up to almost 20 times their expected amount if they believe that “a few more seconds” means around 3 seconds.

From my understanding, Mimu currently treats 59 seconds of waiting as “a few more seconds,” likely causing a lot of extra commands being sent as a user is frustrated not knowing when they can use their command
