Add an slash command option to disable "We've swapped to slash commands!" when doing %prefix%help#232

Mimu in my server uses “.” prefix but then slash commands are being implemented and Mimu only now uses slash commands and doesn’t work anymore with legacy commands like with the use of prefix. For another bot I need to use “.” since it’s simple but everytime I do “.help” mimu always reply “We’ve swapped to slash commands!” It would be much appreciated if there would be an option to disable that message since I need to use that nice and simple prefix “.” to another bot and make mimu not message when using that prefix.
