remove prefix alert#444

Please remove the prefix alert (the “mimu switched to slash commads”) cause it gets annoying so make it so when a user is new to mimu /tries to use mimus prefix it goes like “hey new user mimu uses slash commands now! do /help to get the list of commands”

PLEASE REMOVE THE WE MOVED TO SLASH COMMANDS ITS SOO ANOYING 😭😭
