pet freeze (?)#236

sometimes i wont have time or be able to take care of my pet (eg. im super busy for a few days and can’t take care of my pet) so it would be convenient if we could use or buy some sort of item that prevents the pet from losing happiness and the amnt of time until the pet expires is frozen.

Ooh this is a good idea, just to make it fairer (or not, im not thinking throughly right now) pet activities cannot be ran towards that pet during the freeze as well
