add user/channel, opt variable on limit permission ar variables#451

right now, it only works for:
{requireuser: iara}
{requireperm: manage_server}
{requirechannel: #general}
… etc
make it work for:
{requireuser: iara | iara}
{requireperm: manage_server | iara}
… and obviously {requirerole: mods | [$1]}
… or {requirechannel: #general | [$2]}

…. etc

this will allow cool ars that do cool things to avoid people pinging themselves for rewards :shhhhh:

i have this like .tokyo ghoul ar ;; where they’re assigned ghoul or cgg and it was suppose to be some type of pvp … and i wanted users to only be able to @ if user$1 has the role 🥺 but rn they can just @ anyone they want. wow ☹️👉🏼👈🏼plz make this a thing i’ll stay in my AR hole and never bother yall again😂😂😂
